Coordinate and control materials by preparing, loading, shipping and manifesting outbound cargo, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.• Utilise SAP and Microsoft Excel for coordination and control of materials movement in order to maintain accurate stock records.• Load and discharge trailers, containers and backload, ensuring compliance with procedures.• Ensure accurate manifesting for shipping.• Conduct toolbox talks each morning and when required – ensuring all relevant personnel are fully aware of the job task prior to commencement of work.Additional duties include assisting and deputising for, the Pipe Yard team leader with daily tasks such as:• Receive Service Requests from clients throughout the yard, allocating the necessary plant and resources required to carry out the task safely.• Issue Permits to Work, ensuring contractors have the correct documentation in place such as Method Statement and Risk Assessments.• Plan and organise workload and holiday routine within a diverse team to meet operational requirements.• Ensure all operations are correctly recorded and billed for.• Carry out investigations post incident.
