Over 35 years working on a wide variety of National and Global Project Management and senior level technical roles has given me the experience to be the Project Manager and Solutions Deliverer I am today, but it also led me to a breakthrough lightbulb moment. Anything can be converted into a project/process which can be delivered using a quality methodology - it's what I call Deliverability. Initially working on telecoms projects, my journey has taken me through IT/data, ISPs and, for the last few years, my primary role has been in identifying the need for, design of, implementation of, and support of intuitive database-driven online business tools for clients of all sizes. delivered using my project management experience, with an emphasis on data security, cyber protection, GDPR and good, solid network architecture.Consultancy and Training services supplement my Project Management work, and I'm now able to give a little back through young person mentoring and investment in a number of new companies, the main ones currently being an online electronic components store for hobbyists - the area where my own technical journey started all those years ago, the creation of a STEM kits remote learning service to encourage young people into STEM as a career, and an online careers service (run as a CIC) which identifies and highlights the natural talents of an individual as opposed to just their academic qualifications, helping those who traditionally find it difficult to progress into employment (send, ex-offenders, older people, ex-services, etc.) to find the perfect career for them.
