Continuing my UKG Consultancy Role with the Software Solutions Company that I previously worked with via KForce for the past Seven months. Also continuing to work with JK Seva's New Jersey Client to ensure Dimensions is implemented over a phased go-live during Q2 2023.Role also involves Managed Services Support as well as Pre and Post Sales Support.My role will also include the support and mentoring of other Consultants as well as using my experience in UAT and Script Development.

Currently working with a family-owned Organization located primarily in the north east of the US, on behalf GlobalSourceIT, with their UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) Implementation. Working directly with the Client’s HR and Payroll Teams and UKG to replace its legacy Time & Attendance application with WFD at the Client’s 50+ Locations (7,000+ Employees) in eight States. Working closely with the Client’s IT Team to ensure WFD interfaces with their Oracle HCM system.Responsibilities include:• Recommend relevant online training (via UKG Knowledge Map Live) for Client based on Project’s Statement of Work• Deliver working application based on Client’s Internal Policies as well as Federal and State Labor Laws• Deliver working application to produce Payroll Extract to existing Payroll System (Oracle HCM)• Oversee User Acceptance Testing with Client’s Project Team using OpenProject• Produce Process Documentation to Client to ensure Client can become fully self-sufficient post Implementation• UKG Dimensions Modules delivered include:o Timekeepingo Basic Schedulingo Advanced Schedulingo Accruals & Attendanceo UDM

Assigned to one of KForce's Software Solution Clients and carried out a UKG Dimensions Consultancy Role implementing WFD for a large Food Manufacturing Client based in New Jersey but with locations throughout the US. After reviewing the original UKG Build delivered in September 2022, worked on ensuring the Timekeeping, Accruals and Attendance modules were configured to the Business' requirements. Also heavily involved in the InTouch DX setup and UDM configuration where Facial Biometrics was used.Also worked closely with the Payroll Management to ensure UKG Dimensions would be compatible for UKGPro at go-live.

Assigned to consult, on behalf of Parker+Lynch, to implement UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) for a Chicago based Assisted Living corporation. Working with Client and Ultimate Kronos Group to replace legacy Time & Attendance application with WFD and to ensure WFD interfaces with Financial and Payroll systems.Responsibilities include:• Deliver Training and recommend relevant online training for Client• Deliver working application to produce Payroll Extract to existing Payroll • Oversee User Acceptance Testing with Client’s Project Team• Produce Process Documentation• Ensure Client has the required Internal Support of Workforce Dimensions post Project Implementation

Coordinated the planning and implementation of the Time and Attendance upgrades for the company's North American Business. Working with Kronos to implement the Kronos Workforce Dimensions application at existing locations running several legacy T&A systems. Role included planning, set-up, training and roll-out of Work Force Dimensions. Followed by Support for locations upgraded to Workforce Dimensions.

Managed the Internal applications for a Wholesale Freight Agent providing Cargo and Express services in Europe, North America, South Africa and Oceania. I also supervised the in-house Java Development Team to offer internal, back of house solutions as well as Customer facing web portals to our Freight Agent community.Customer Portals were integrated reseller applications with major Express Vendors such as DHL, FedEx and Toll.Managed the Support Network across our four regions ensuring the end user was supported by local key users or from members of my UK, US and South Pac based teams.

Systems Project Manager for Global Business based out of Chicago O'Hare Airport. Involved in Cargo System Implementations (Hermes) and People Systems (Staff Tracker T&A). Including planning, implementation, Training and post go-live Support.

Project Manager for the Staff Tracker T&A application. Involved in the implementation of the Staff Tracker application across the UK and European Network. Including Menzies UK Businesses in Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, Edinburgh and London. As well as in main land Europe in Budapest and Bucharest. I also oversaw the implementation of the T&A system at our location in Hyderabad, India in 2011.

Overseeing Airport System Projects for Menzies Aviation in the UK and Mainland Europe. Projects included implementing System upgrades (Passenger Check-in and Baggage Reconciliation) as well as overseeing System requirements and implementation for New Business Start-ups at London Heathrow Airport and Bristol Airport in the UK and also in mainland Spain.

Project Manager for the Hermes Cargo Management system and oversaw several implementations and upgrades for Menzies Aviation in Prague (2006) and the new Green Field locations in India in 2007 and 2008 (Bangalore and Hyderabad).
