CurrentLed a multi-faceted CEO sponsored initiative which looked to launch a national residential moves program aimed at delivering a centralized customer experience when moving with Bell. Awarded BCE’s Excellence and Innovation Award twice for the successful execution of the Move Valet program for two key regions (Ontario/Quebec and Atlantic Provinces) and nominated for the BCE’s highest honour.Planned and designed the data framework required for reporting and backend data for the Move Valet project while managing several cross-functional teams.Executed customer facing campaigns and implemented internal strategies to enhance the experience for call centre, field technician, and move customers.Identified and discovered opportunities for process improvement by conducted deep-dives utilizing multiple databases in SQL.Led in data discovery and fixing pre-existing logic to help implement new strategies imposed by business and provide extra man-power to remove roadblocks.Built a net new blended base table that combined outbound and inbound agent information which served as a basis for building agent compensation and multiple ad-hoc reports for operations.Participated in deck building and reviewing progress with key executives on a regular basis.Manage the development, reporting, and visualization of multiple metrics for the move valet program from conception to production.Developed and designed mapping for a new call back process as part of the Bell’s digital initiative.
