02/2014---I was on the front end determining need for health, and dental insurance. If the client did not have Health insurance I would enroll them into the affordable care act. If they needed dental I would transfer them to our dental speacialist. 08/2014-- I was promoted to the verification department. Where I would verify clients information on their insurance application to ensure it was accurate. 10/2014--I was promoted to a dental insurance speacialist. Where I would enroll clients into dental insurance, and answer questions regarding their needs/ wants at the dental office. 02/2015--I was promoted to data entry. Entering data from the insurance applications into the data base, and on google docs. I was also in charge of training any other data entry representatives.09/2016-- I was promoted by the CEO to data entry team lead. I had 4 girls who worked with me. I had to train them, verify their work, and verify our spreadsheets at the end of the day. Give a total number of monies collected at the end of the day to upper management. Also ensure the admin department received all information accurately. 09/2018--Data entry was no longer needed as the company was all in one building, and the company went paperless. I was sent to administration. Where I would audit accounts in the database, verify clients information was submitted into the database accurately. 11/2018--I was promoted to customer service. Which was in my opinion the best department at the company. I was able to guide clients how to file claims, upgrade policies, sell new insurance policies, make dental appointments for clients, verify plans of treatment from the dental office that clients received to ensure they aren't being overcharged, billing, and enter conversation notes into the database.
