This training allows those people to learn the fundamentals of IT support roles which leads into getting certified even without having any prior experience while also helping them to find an IT job after getting certified. As a claims adjuster I would complete in-depth investigations for customer's auto collisions in order to determine liability of who is at fault while also making the necessary arrangements of vehicle repairs. I would generally interview insured customers and claimants as well as research other important facts/information such as police reports, witness accounts, and so on in order to help prove who was at fault for the accident. I would also set up vehicle inspections to confirm the facts of loss for a collision match the damages done to the vehicle and then set up the repairs based on insurance policies and liability decisions. In general claims adjusters need to be very customer service oriented, have excellent time management and exceptional organizational skills.

As a mobile expert my main duties were to help customers upgrade their devices, start wireless service plans, troubleshoot their devices, purchase accessories and overall give them an excellent customer service experience in learning about all of the different products and services. I maintained a positive and outgoing personality while giving customers the help they needed whether it had to do with their service or their devices. I was also one of the most tech savvy employees in my store who most people came to, for both co-workers and customers, in order to answer their troubleshooting questions and concerns.
