Focused on providing value and attention to businesses that lack an identity system. These past few years after college I have enetered service industries, skill trades and acquired a certain skillset that allowed me to expand my value in the workforce. Between communication, task & time management, organizational awareness, and problem solving has propelled me to lock in reputable postions with my previous contractors/ superintendants . My interpersonal skills helps me to fairly assess my coworkers and managment to understand the strengths within individuals throughout departments on the job. My ongoing tutelage has helped extend my abilities to operate on a higher level within management. Being accustomed to state regualtions working on the behalf of contractors and agencies has given me insight on how to maneauver through various tasks & circumstances.
