Current• Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery.• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal/external customers for long-term success.• Oversee metrics to ensure performance goals are successfully met.• Decrease incident rates, comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• Interact daily with onsite clients to ensure understanding of existing and emerging customer needs.• Develop and achieve agreed budget, revenue and profit (P&L) for site.• Manage the development of associates through performance management process.• Coach, develop, mentor and manage associates to create a culture of continuous improvement through documented processes and employee engagement. • Ensure carriers are complying with the contractual terms identified in their Carrier Contract Agreement.• Create and manage effective labor plans to ensure proper staffing levels, manage attrition and control labor spending.• Work closely with routing and dispatch teams to coordinate and ensure effective home delivery routes for customers.• Manage and monitor daily loadout and dispatch processes for home delivery teams daily.• Oversees recruitment, retention and performance.• Ensure customer and vendor contract requirements are administered and enforced.• Ensure safety standards, policies and procedures to create a safe working environment.• Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims.
