I oversee the church's worship ministry which includes the spiritual formation and creative development of individuals, organizing and planning of weekly Sunday services, and continuing to build a strong, vibrant worship culture within the community.

Steve Nash Youth Basketball program aims to teach the younger generation of today life and basketball skills. We run a 27-session basketball camp for 130 kids aged 7-14 to learn about the basic fundamentals of basketball and how to live a healthy, active lifestyle. My responsibilities include managing ten coaches - three head coaches overseeing their particular age/skill groups that make weekly curriculums and coaching plans.

As a certified scrum master, a part of my role is to scrum the development team responsible for long term front-end projects (specifically converting Rogers.com to responsive). My role also consisted of updating, maintaining, and developing new content for all lines of Rogers.com. Manage and Maintain Web Content for Rogers Sales and Service Portal. I foster spiritual and musical development to the members in Avenue's worship ministry. I prepare and preach once a month to the full church congregation and developed discipleship programs.
