He started Provincial South, Inc. DBA PSI Roofing in 1994. He later received his general contracting license and started PSI Restorations, Inc. in 1999, providing insurance restoration as a provider for insurance carriers. The corporations service the commercial market almost exclusively. Its market segment includes condominiums, shopping centers, hospitals, retail outlets, retirement homes and industrial buildings. PSI Roofing is certified to install GAF, Firestone, Tamko, Duro-Last and Honeywell manufactured roofing systems to name a few. PSI Restorations performs water extraction and dehumidification as well as structural and interior repairs to storm damaged properties. PSI Roofing and PSI Restorations have provided emergency services in the aftermath of well over a dozen storms since 1992 from Hurricane Andrew to the recent Hurricane Ike in Texas.
