Managed profit and loss spreadsheet for the office and implemented policies and procedures to avoid losses, litigation and increase profit margin. RCO Legal, P.S. is dedicated to representing creditors in consumer, mortgage, and commercial finance. RCO Legal, P.S. maintains flagship services in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title curative and related litigation. Met monthly profit goals set for the department with a smaller staff and without any sacrifice in service; managed department and personnel which generated over $2.2 million in revenue. Improved profits by $20K in a year by negotiating lower prices with nation-wide vendors. Increased annual savings by $8,500 by successfully implementing recording procedures for documents that eliminated the use of sending documents to the courthouse for recording.  Improved vendor report card with one of the firm’s largest clients to a perfect score by creating new procedures and staff-training techniques. Successfully secured 3 new clients within 6 months based on this success.  Managed paralegals to handle foreclosures beginning to end for AL, GA, MS, TN and VA.  Cross-trained staff to learn how to process foreclosures in multiple states. This allowed us to manage higher volumes in one state over another when needed. 
