Serves as Assistant Director of the A.E. Student Union/SEAL supervising 6 professional staff members and 50 student workers, the Eagle Elevation Leadership Center, DI Special Programs, Office of Student Activities, Student Government Association, Fraternity & Sorority Life and Royal Court. Manages 15 budgets according to federal, student, and institutional procedures including contractual arrangements for performers, equipment, and temporary personnel.Provide vision, oversight and management of campus-wide leadership development programs and co-curricular events inclusive of undergraduate, graduate, online degree, student leaders and student-athletes; Coordinate with faculty and staff the development of programs and implementation of leadership training for student organizations and co-curricular/program related organizations.Serve as the Executive Cross-campus Collaborator to work in tandem with numerous university departments in planning campus-wide events and key high profile events, including Office of the Chancellor, Academic Affairs, homecoming, spring fling family/alumni weekend, excursions, new student orientation, and other events as needed.Oversee the implementation and updating of the Divisional Website and Campus Labs "EngageNCCU" platform. Develop and implement various assessments designed to identify efficiencies and opportunities.External Partners: Leveraging resources to maximize outcomes (programming/experiences/services)

Serves as part of the department management team to devise, execute, and evaluate departmental goals, policies, organization and programs, while promoting a broad understanding of the roles, rights and expectations of the members-at-large.Provide day-to-day management of the fraternity and sorority community (15 fraternities, sororities and social fellowships) including advisement of all chapter officers, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Council of Independent Organizations, Multicultural Council/Association, which includes managing the membership intake process, monitoring the academic performance of each organization, conducting investigations, and issuing sanctions and disciplinary actions. Provide management of student emergencies and problems by counseling students; making referrals to appropriate parties such as other students, staff, university police, alumni, chapter advisors, national offices, parents and other appropriate entities; Provide direction and advisement of all aspects of the fraternity and sorority community. Develop successful, collaborative relationships within and outside of the University community in order to enhance student learning and achieve the department's mission and goals; Manage programs and service implementation in conjunction with other University agencies that promote community, scholarship, leadership and service; Plan, teach and evaluate a leadership training course (Membership Intake Orientation); Manage and engage in fundraising to generate funds for the yearly operating budget.

One of the major components broadcast through FAMEtv was a Talk Show. The Talk Show was aired on W18BBTv and Time Warner Cable bi-weekly with two shows per day: Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-9:30am and 7:00-7:30pm.
