Responsible for managing remote Engineering Contractor (approximately 65 matrixed members and 100,000+ man hours), along with local engineering team, to complete the project.

Project was completed on time and on budget.Davisville Rail Terminal, Davisville, RI – Responsible for the preliminary design and permitting to upgrading existing facility to extend rail spur, upgrading station controls system, and additional truck unloading. Delaware Ranch Refrigeration Gas Plant, Eddy County, NM – Responsible for Off-site Natural Gas Liquids storage, Truck unloading, and Rail Spur. Rangeland COLT Rail Spur Expansion, Williams County, ND – Responsible for feasibility study for Propane Rail Spur expansion, tie-in siting, and permitting.

Republic Central Delivery Point for Republic Midstream, Kermit, TX - Scope included inlets from 3 different crude pipeline systems, tank farm area, metering skids, truck loading area, and outlet pipeline. Responsible for conceptional development, Detailed Design, and Construction Management. Project was completed on-time and 5% under budget.

Sienna Compressor Station, Monroe, OH - Station included five (5) Compressors (staged as production increased), liquid separation, and Produced Water Treatment for reuse as Frac Water Make Up. Responsible for managing Detailed Design Contractor, HAZOP, Management of Change, Schedule, and Budget. Goodwin Compressor Station, Harrison County, WV – Scope included demolishing and constructing a new station while minimizing downtime. Responsible for managing Detailed Design Contractor, Wetland Delineation, HAZOP, Management of Change, Schedule, Budget, and Construction Management. Project completed on time and 3% under budget.Legacy Well Sites, Various Locations, OH/WV - Responsible for the oversite of upgrading 12 Well Site/Metering Stations to comply with company standards. This included separation, tankage, and secondary containment.

Provided direction and oversight for development of basic compressor station Hysys model for marketing/proposal use.Dunbar Compressor Station Upgrade for Williams Energy, Dunbar, WV - Compressor station revamp to increased capacity from 150 MMSCFD to 650 MMSCFD. Responsible for oversite of Detailed Design, Procurement, and Construction Management.Shields Compressor Station Phase 2 for Williams Energy, Shields, WV – Managed the Detailed Design to incorporate four compressors into the existing station. FCC-SA HYPE Project for Albemarle/Petrobras, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Provided oversite of Detailed Design for a $170MM proprietary catalyst plant located in Brazil. Scope included FEL-3 (±15%) Estimate utilizing a multinational team from Canada, Brazil, and Houston.

Scope included Amine system, Cryogenic Unit, Splitter, Off-site Storage.Hastings Isomerization for Dominion, Hastings, WV – Provided oversite for Detailed Design of a plant expansion to add a Cryogenic system into the existing plant. Scope included adding a proprietary Cryogenic system, Hot Oil system, and additional utilities.SOTO1 for PDVSA, Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela - Detailed Design for a two train, 400 MMSCFD, Natural Gas Liquids Plant in South America. Accounted for one-third of the company’s annual revenue that year.

Project scope included coal gasification (Syngas production), acid gas removal, sulfuric acid, power generation, proprietary Fischer-Tropsch liquids processing, and refining / upgrading. - Served a dual role as Overall Process Lead and Gasification Area Lead. Gasification area included coal handling, slurry preparation, gasification, high temperature heat recovery, low temperature heat recovery, and sour water areas (over 50% of total project scope). - Responsible for directing all Licensor Engineering activities while directing two EPC companies' process engineering groups. - Additional responsibilities included supervising and mentoring of five process engineers working on various areas of the project.
