About Darrin Capps
Do you remember the first big live event you attended? I was 15 the first time I went to a live concert. I was mesmerized, but not by the people on stage. I was in awe of all the components that made an event like that possible. I have never forgotten the composition of the teams and forethought that made that event possible. Through my years of experiences in events, construction, planning, performing, training, recruiting, and vision casting. I discovered the real reason I was in awe at my first concert. I get overjoyed to direct and train teams. There isn't a concert, product, restaurant, or grocery line that I observe and don't ask the question, how could this be better? I always put people first as I observe every detail of any process. Many training courses, onboarding programs, marketing meetings, change management initiatives, or live concert events are too overwhelming and the message gets lost. A good leader knows what needs to be eliminated and a great trainer knows how make the content stick. I have had the privilege of overseeing and training over 150 people in various roles. The skills and processes I have equipped them with have allowed them to grow in their role and beyond. My greatest skill is the ability to coach, train, and equip the strengths in others as they continue to grow in their specific roll on your team. My expertise is communicating and connecting with people. I am the spokesperson for trainings or processes that need to be implemented to staff, consumer, or company wide. I am looking to utilize my keen eye for people engagement, process management, and leadership skills to grow a stronger team within your organization.
