Director of RecruitingFor this large company I revamped and expanded a national recruiting program and directed the recruiting efforts of 20 regional managers around the country. I was responsible for creating the tools, metrics, and strategy for guiding this program to success. I was also very busy on the ground hiring. I traveled to a majority of the states to personally interview, hire and on-board 83 people for positions in sales, management, marketing, and editorial.
