Supervision of rig down, staging, mobilization of drilling rig components in the proper sequence when in charge of the old location.Efficiently have trucks unloaded and sent back to old location, while working with rig crew leader and building the drilling rig as the supervisor on the new location.Conduct safety meetings.Enforce safety standards set by ATK, drilling contractor, energy company, and state and federal agencies.Attend meetings with energy companies for planning, routes, and possible situations that could delay the rig move.Conduct route surveys from the old location to the new location.Coordinate with ATK dispatch on the proper equipment needed for the successful mobilization and rig up of the drilling rig.Maintain logs, safety data, employee hours, and job summaries on the company website and company books.Receive signatures and information on invoices for payment.Conduct maintenance on company property.Discipline and reward employees as needed.

As a member of the 82D ABN Division; I was in the airborne infantry, and my highest position was alpha team leader. I attended leadership schools, Combat Lifesaver Class, Bus Driver Course. I made the Commandants List at Primary Leadership Course. I earned my Expert Infantry Badge with 100% Go's. While assigned to the 82D, my company was chosen to test jump the C17 Globe Master. The C17 is currently used in airborne operations. My same unit was part of a UN peacekeeping operation in Haiti. I spent six months in country during 1995.While assigned to the 36TH Infantry Division, I served as a Squad Leader during Operation Noble Eagle after the September 11TH attacks. I was also deployed to Iraq in 2005 for Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was NCOIC of a small patrol base in central Iraq. I was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and the Bronze Star Medal.I successfully completed a 40 hour logistics class and was named as the Brigade Soldier Of The Year while with the Texas National Guard.
