Product and Vendor Management experience starting approximately 2002. Have managed various pricing, product, and project management for residential mortgage, and previously consumer installment and fixed equity products. Managed several vendors relating to these activities. Primary responsibility is oversight of mortgage product, pricing and vendor management. Vendor management has included vendor selection, contract negotiations, oversight, SOC/risk reviews, SLAs, escalations, etc. Mortgage Secondary Marketing background 1988-2008 ranging from Agency Loan Delivery, service released flow sales, some hedging activities, to rate lock and pipeline inventory management activities. Continue to manage some aspects of balance sheet mortgage pricing, pipeline and portfolio management as well as origination and servicing vendor relationship management.From 2010-2015, my responsibility broadened to include payment product and new account risk management functions. I worked closely with the Senior Vice President of Card Management to optimize new account opening risk strategy and related projects.
