My responsibilities as the Texas Workshop Manager I manage all unit maintenance for our company for the state of Texas. It includes 4 locations, 47 units, and 5 personnel. I am responsible for making sure all repairs are scheduled with operations in advance of being due. I Conduct weekly in shop inspections of unit maintenance to insure quality repairs/preventative maintenance is being conducted, along with shop cleanliness and safety items. I manage all shop related invoicing along with approving parts inventory. I conduct weekly meetings with my 3 location general managers to insure unit availability and if there are any maintenance concerns that need to be addressed.

As a Shop Supervisor I oversee all maintenance operations at my location. I ensure that all maintenance personnel are properly outfitted with all of the knowledge necessary to complete all assigned tasks. If myself and my maintenance personnel are unsure about how to do something I research every possible way to complete the task and insure it is done correctly and safely. I order parts and when parts are received I make sure they are labeled and put away in its designated location or installed onto the correct vehicle.
