I’m a veteran, transitioning to the private sector in April 2024. I’m currently looking for opportunities in Project Management or in Mid-Level Management or Operations.I am determined to find a path to success. By nature, I am curious about the relationship between the past and the future allowing me to connect the dots to determine the best path forward. Driven by my talents, I enjoy digging into information that can facilitate growth and performance.I am a purpose driven individual. I search for positions of leadership and opportunities to be in charge of. I intentionally surround myself with individuals who are driven, open-minded and have the team’s goals in mind.I maintain a strong work ethic. My peers often look to me to take charge of specific events, projects, or meetings. When going through a process, I have little difficulty altering the original plan in pursuit of success.Leadership has always been a strong value to me. Driven by my talents, I set out to be a leader throughout the whole process empowering buy-in throughout. I am fascinated by the diversity of human beings and take pride in discovering what certain people do well or finding their strengths for the team.
