Service lines include Geotechnical, Construction Materials, Environmental and Drilling.Provided IBC Special Inspection training, promotion and act as a technical resource in the Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama Branches.Highlights include Kentucky staff achieving over 15 International Code Council (ICC) Special Inspector Certifications, transformed standard reporting methods of all Kentucky field staff into a completely paperless method, reduced offices A/R collection days by 24% and a $107,000 financial improvement in first six months of new position.

Performed all department functions including technical, financial, staffing and direction.Highlights included increased revenue from $700,000/yr with little to no profit to a consistent $2,000,000 operation with sustainable profits of 15-20% since 2003.

Performed planning and design on surface mining sites in Eastern Kentucky. Duties included using computer aided drafting tools for design, along with cut/fill analysis, slope stability analysis and detention pond design.Responsible for all computer and software purchasing, and the network infrastructure.
