As a golf shop attendant, my primary responsibility is to assist customers with their golf-related needs. A back shop employee at a golf course is responsible for managing and maintaining golf carts, rental clubs, and other equipment used by golfers. This role involves a variety of tasks, including cleaning and inspecting golf carts, replacing batteries, and performing minor repairs and maintenance. One of the primary responsibilities of a back shop employee is to ensure that golf carts are properly charged and ready for use by golfers. This may involve monitoring battery levels and replacing batteries as needed, as well as cleaning and inspecting carts to ensure they are in good condition. Another key aspect of the back shop role is managing the rental of golf clubs and other equipment. This may involve maintaining an inventory of rental clubs, ensuring that they are clean and in good condition, and managing the rental process for golfers. As well as maintaining a fully functional 15 stall range, storing and cleaning of members golf clubs.
