Main priorities are to build and foster relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention, renewals and growth. ► Educate and promote Explorances’ suite of products, BlueMl, BlueX, Bluepulse and upsell when appropriate ► Identify Blue training needs and promote advanced training programs ► Work closely with customers to negotiate contract renewals and upsells ► Explore new avenues of growth within customer base ► Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly to encourage retention

Covering a regional territory, pipeline and customer base across the Ottawa, Montreal, and Kingston regions, I created territory plans and sales strategies for both new and existing accounts for the LMS e-content product. Managing relationships with faculty members of leading Canadian universities, I set up regular meetings to understand the changing needs of the educational institution landscape. Some of the operational tasks within the role involved:► Guiding clients through the sales cycle to deliver compelling value propositions, perform product demonstrations to attract interest and ultimately, secure buy-in► Influencing a radical change from hard copy textbook sales to the e-learning solution, working closely with faculty and students to help them make the transition seamless► Updating accounts on Salesforce to track the sales pipeline and advance promising leads► Resolving user adoption issues through frequent interviews and touch-points
