Often my responsibilities involve Major Crimes investigations in my jurisdiction, as well I am the community's Bias Officer. I feel very fortunate to have the leadership within my organization that allows me to the latitude to work and commicate with our community freely. I am equally blessed to have such a great community to work in, and a coequal bureau of investigators and a management team willing to supporting our goals and ideals. My current objective is to support our community's youth, especially when they are victims of violent and/or sex crimes. My goal is to support the families of those juveniles, and provide them a positive model for success and reunification from the challenges of victimization.My secondary goal is to advert victimization of our communities youth through education, motivational speaking, and bridging the generational gap between parents, youth and police for a more productive and supportive family and community environment.
