Reported to the CFO. Managed team of 5 Project Control Managers and 6 contract specialists. Managed costs on Vulcan Real Estate and Estate Services including personal residences and assets. Worked directly with Paul Allen on development of his personal assets. Developed budgets/schedules and controlled costs to within 2-5% under approved values. Managed project costs of $3B+ on over 7M square feet of commercial office space and over 2,500 residential units. Involved with planning additional $4B+ in future development. Projects completed include corporate offices for Amazon, Facebook, Google and projects for Seahawks, Trail Blazers, MoPOP, Cinerama, Flying Heritage Collection, h.Club, etc.

When I was with Amgen I worked on the Seattle Helix and Bothell Campus Phases I ($500M+) & II ($600M+). These projects ranged from small scale biological manufacturing, laboratories, office fitouts, office buildings, parking garages, etc.I also worked on large scale biological manufacturing facilities in Boulder, CO and Longmont , CO. While in Colorado we also completed several Office fitout's, laboratory fitouts, etc.I was oversaw project controls in San Francisco and Freemont for Amgen. The projects there ranged from manufacturing, laboratory fitouts, office fitouts, cafetereas, FDA storage facilities, etc.The value of projects under my supervisions exceeded $1B.
