Darrin is the sole Director of Red 29 Pty Limited, which he founded in 2006. Darrin is a competent and confident Senior Solutions Architect, with a wide range of experience, including advanced skills in system design and architecture, analysis, complex troubleshooting and technical documentation.The majority of his professional career has been senior technical management and senior architect roles, with a focus on service delivery and technical management.In addition to being the Infrastructure Architect for the National Museum of Australia 1997 - 2003 and 2006 to present, he was also the Senior Technical Architect for the IBM GSA Telstra Alliance Y2K Program in 1999, and a mentor within IBM GSA’s Northern Region team in 1998.In 2001, Novell published a “Success Story” featuring the network infrastructure he designed and implemented at the National Museum of Australia. The story highlighted industry leading support ratio and uptime figures.In 2001 Darrin held a Technical Support Specialist role in Novell's Asia Pacific support centre, as well as Dedicated On-Site Support Engineer roles within Novell for their enterprise accounts, including Centrelink in 2003 and 2006.Darrin was awarded an Enterprise CNE Scholarship (Unix) by Novell in 1994, becoming the youngest Enterprise CNE in the world at the time.
