Managed all aspects of production for the Casegoods fabrication division of the worlds largest manufacturer of furniture. We took the NC facility from startup to 10,000 finished units a week. When I left Ashley I was serving as the interim Superintendent with over 100 direct reports including 9 Supervisors. I have over 10 years of significant experience in CAD/CAM programming, production and maintenance of all types of wood machinery including, 5 axis routers, panel saws, foilers, edge banders, tennenors, CNC drills, panel lamination and automation equipment. Certified Servant Leadership Trainer. I was privileged to pilot the Servant Leadership Training. SLT is an 8 week, 12 hour course with additional weekly practicum for our entire leadership staff including Directors, Managers and anyone who had direct reports using several servant leadership material developed by the Arbinger Institute as well as material developed in house. I am very excited about continuing this type of role in my future. The Advance, NC facility has been estimated as $.25 Billion start up of what will be the largest case goods plant in the world.

My experience in logistics and ministry allowed me to excel in doubling and at times tripling the national average for retaining good drivers and dispatchers while also increasing cooperation between all departments of the the company. I was so successful in accomplishing those goals in the Southeast Region that Shippers asked me to move back to Nashville, TN to accomplish it company wide.
