First you do a Spartan sprint. Then you realize there is this thing called a trifecta. Next you realize you can get multiple trifectas. Eventually you’re chasing endurance and ultra endurance events - finally you start taking vacations during the summers and spending a few weeks here and there in beautiful Canadian venues working with a bunch of awesome people helping to build and run an event for thousands of like minded Spartans. All the while - you’re training your mind and your body to be the best human you can be. Perfect!
