Develop process/score-carding for implementing positive DC to store environment. • Support and Review Inbound and Outbound Operational process audits to assist with measuring performance output and validating compliance with Sprouts Farmers Markets standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Create SMART actionable goals for any operational KPI’s falling below SLA expectations while holding 3PL accountable for breach of contractual performance. Assist in the development of the Quarterly Business Reviews with 3PL partner.• Track and trace through Workday 3PL the invoicing to Sprouts to ensure 100% accuracy.• Develop and present monthly reporting tools with key metric targets, which provide insight and analysis of site performance, identify opportunities and corrective actions for improvement. • Facilities Liaison = Partner with property management and vendor community to maintain low operating costs for repairing and maintaining Sprouts facilities and assets including but not limited to dock doors, leveler ramps, HVAC and freon rack-based refrigeration systems and Fire protection. • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory agencies, health department, fire department etc.• Customer Service Leader – The ability to resolve / fix customer service failures whether it be store operations and / or procurement.
