RABUN GAP-NACOOCHEE SCHOOL (GA) 2017 - 2020Defensive Coordinator & Assistant Coach (Defensive Backs & Running Backs)• Coached & coordinated defense (4-2-5) (3-4). Worked specifically with secondary, defensive line, and special teams. Met with players to evaluate performance using post-game video, scouting reports, and tip sheets. Served as mentor for players both on and off the playing field. Supported former Head Coach (Shawn Bryson, who spent 8 years in the NFL, Buffalo Bills & Detroit Lions) in assessing potential student-athletes.• Created and maintained reports used to identify strengths and weaknesses within our systems and provided these to coaching staff so they had the information to identify our tendencies and where we were successful.• Developed two defensive players who were recruited and signed with Division I FCS programs (2018). Coached one defensive player who was recruited and signed with a Division I FBS program (2019).• From 2017 to 2018, our defense increased our take away (turnovers) and turnovers for touch down percentages. During the 2019 season, our defense did not allow any points in conference play (NCISAA Western Conference).
