Executed duties as a Supply Officer, Fund Manager, Using Unit Account Manager, Defense Travel System Approving Official, and Government Commercial Purchase Certifying Official for Marine Air Support Squadron 2, Marine Air Control Group 18, First Marine Aircraft Wing. Responsible for the procurement and accountability of Military Equipment and supporting the Squadron in its various Exercises throughout the Fiscal Year. Promptly reviewed and certified Cardholder Statements in order to ensure compliance with the regulations. Successfully managed user accounts in Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps for the entire Squadron. Served as the Subject Matter Expert in certifying vouchers/authorizations in Defense Travel System.

Camp Kinser, Okinawa

Responsible for the reception, accountability, and distribution of Military Equipment to III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Units located in Okinawa and Iwakuni. Main component of the Push Fulfillment Plan that is geared toward readiness in the Pacific. The Initial Issue Provisioning (IIP) is also responsible for the reception, accountability, and distribution of Spares Projects to the General Account (GA) and secondary repairables to the Repairable Issue Point (RIP). Over a 6 month period, the Initial Issue Provisioning (IIP) receives over 4,000 principle end items valued at $38,296,00 and distributed over 20,500 principle end items valued at $59,410,00.

My section is responsible for customer satisfaction. When a unit orders an item and something happens to it along the way, they contact my section to follow-up. In addition, we handle Lost Shipments, IMO Loads, Free Issue, Walk-Thrus, DASF Reconciliation and many other factors pertaining to GCSS-MC. We are here for the customer. My additional duties include professional and personal growth of my Marines.

Responsible for ensuring the customer's vehicle is readily available upon his/her arrival to the airport. Allows customer ease of access when checking into the airport. Additionally, we assists customers with their luggage.
