Application Support Engineer Ii
Current- Troubleshoot and resolve higher level and escalated application issues.- Use SSMS to construct and run SQL queries for database research.- Communicate with Site Reliability Engineers to help investigate backend issues.- Manage and track resolution progress for bugs/defects that occur in the software.- Verify and approve of data update request to be performed for clients.- Train new hires and create weekly shadow sessions.- Rotational 24/7 On-Call responsibilities.
