Business Process Analyst
Current● Provides end-to-end project management support in terms of scope, tracking schedules, project deliverable tracking, reporting and documentation for process improvement projects using Jira● Acts as a liaison across several projects in BPM to ensure all projects have clear goals, scope, project plans, and help monitor progress and drive towards completion. ● Collaborates in the creation of project plans to define, organize, and schedule project management and process improvement activities. ● Interprets business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating the Business area’s user and business requirements. ● Identifies and documents gaps in adherence or process and system deficiencies and coordinates appropriate action through issue resolution. ● Identifies, documents, and troubleshoots problems in business processes, systems, and resource management. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to monitor, report, and resolve issues. ● Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed process flows and documentation of business processes, systems, and user needs. ● Monitors and reports project status to identify and mitigate risks and to ensure quality and timely deliverables. ● Completed over 100 hours of technical development training to include agile and waterfall methodologies● Leveraged SAP Signavio to develop end to end processes and customer journey models.
