I drove and managed technical projects to enable localization across the service with a view to enabling and improving international acquisitions, engagement and retention.My inaugural project was internationalizing the full product suite to enable rollout into the initial 4 non-English target language markets. I employed an agile swarm methodology, including 14 tiger teams and 60+ people across functions to complete the required work in approximately 5 months. The language launch resulted in no harm to the product and a 15% international (4% global) increase to organic starts.

I was responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing my team’s localization efforts across product areas and UIs. I ensured the global Netflix product UI was market-appropriate across languages and cultures. Partnering with product managers and other cross-functional stakeholders, my team of senior program managers, project managers and coordinators tailored the experience to the target markets' flow, feature, linguistic and cultural requirements.I aligned my team to innovation product managers and other product area owners.
