We utilize group health coaching to teach the fundamentals of living a healthier lifestyle.Recently IntegratedHEALTH piloted a new Metabolic Rehab program with amazing results realized by the participants. Our ability to reduce/lower A1c, Blood Pressure and Total Cholesterol with this new program is great news for our employer groups that suffer with high claim cost due to these conditions.
