Offering charity supports the option of donating through their mobile phones through texts, apps, Social Media campaigns, fliers, posters and other call to action media.Throughout this role I was able to enhance my social and digital media skills, by influencing the design of the interface platform for a more pleasant User Experience which needed less in terms of explanation. I also created online training videos and helped construct the advertising collaterals working closely with a design agency.

I was the sales rep for this company who design and develop websites for small to medium sized companies.This involved sales and strategy meetings with the client, so as to fully understand their needs, and then to develop their own understanding of how web trends and technologies work.I liaised with the design and programming teams in house, to help them understand the commercial aspects of what our clients hoped to achieve. This was followed up on completion of their site, with mentoring, Search Engine Optimisation and ongoing support.It was a challenging position, with high targets and a need for prior investigation into the various industries the client was involved in, to help understand key terminologies, but a rewarding one nonetheless.

Being appointed the role of Operations Manager for Tri-Tec Computer Support Ltd, it was my task to streamline operations for this four site ICT company, reporting directly to the MD. I devised cross company communication strategies, the implementation and oversight of call management support team, the administration of engineering staff and management liaison between clients and suppliers for over 15 national and international supply companies.My responsibilities included, HR, mentoring, training, scheduling, liaison, sales, and project management. No two days were the same, and having the support of the company's staff through building rapport and trust enabled me to fulfil my duties with ease.

I worked on the Xybernaut Project, supporting the EMEA client distribution channel, from the Lisburn offices, with responsibilities and reporting to Stuttgart, Germany. My role was to investigate and integrate emerging wearable computer technologies for potential clients, such as British Airways, Perkins Engines and others. The position was also one that involved media exposure, which resulted in my appearance on Sky TV's Discovery Channel, and BBC's Click.

My initial role was to fix and repair the IT systems across the group in Fivemiletown and Enniskillen, including the design offices in Manchester.I however identified a lack of cohesion between the different operating systems and developed a strategy to harmonise the whole network, offering remote repair systems so as to reduce the IT overhead costs. Once complete, the system was able to be managed and maintained by a smaller team. At which point I tendered my resignation in order to seek a new challenge.
