Responsible for making sure that Recipients and Subrecipients of the over $20 billion in CDBG-DR funds are in compliance with applicable CFR's, HUD and Inspector General laws and regulations.

As the Softline Department team, our job was to provide the best service to our customers in the Plaza Carolina store. Our department was the biggest in the store, as it spanned an entire floor, but as a team, we conquered any challenge that would rise. We successfully attended consumers with the attentiveness that they deserve, maintained the salesfloor organized for the customers’ visual pleasure, carefully monitored ongoing sales for our products on the salesfloor, provided adequate levels of inventory for products on the floor and products stored and helped our fellow cashier associates with endearment whenever needed.

Day-to-day clerical duties for more than three divisions. Successfully managed time between attending visitors, receiving, transferring and doing phone calls inside and outside the divisions, maintained adequate levels of office supplies inventory in each division and triumphantly created an internal database with the contact information of every office from the Government of Puerto Rico, including all 78 Municipalities of the Puerto Rican Archipelago.
