I managed day to day operations of the company. I was responsible for the finance, project management, service, purchasing, and administrative departments. My primary objectives were to increase quality of workmanship, improve overall profitability, and reduce waste in operations. I developed training programs to improve team members in each area of the company. Overall, we were able to grow the company to 8 times its revenue when I started, increase margins by 8-12% depending on system type, and improve the proficiency of team members within the organization.

I was tasked with creating a refrigeration and HVAC installation department for the company. I designed the sales process, developed marketing plans to increase sales, implemented software to streamline the process, and standardized the project workflow. I developed a quality assurance program to make sure project quality met customer expectations. I streamlined designs to reduce cost and increase performance. I also managed all large projects and commissioned systems verifying the final product was within design specifications.
