As everyone knows, in 2016, Dell Services was purchased by NTT Data (Japan's biggest Telecommunications provider) and this acquisition was completed in 2017.After sustained success as an Inside Sales Team Manager and with my previous experience as Digital Development Lead with Dell, I was promoted to re-develop our social media campaign with the primary task of increasing presence across multiple channels (ie. making sure we are the 1st company to a new up & coming social platform) and ultimately increase revenue.- Ensure relevant queries from channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Qzone & Twitter etc. within the EMEA region have been handed to the relevant departments and dealt with in a timely manner. My goal is to increase the overall NPS of our brand, making sure there are no demoters and our OSAT/CSAT is exceptional.
