Military veteran and retired law enforcement executive with over 30 years in leadership, cross-cultural community engagement, management, team building and cross-cultural collaboration. All of my skills have been sharpened by the drive and determination to serve my community with accountability, conviction and sincerity. From planning community crime reduction iniative to reducing someone in a mental crisis, I have excelled at active listening and problem solving. Since the time I received a plaque "Always Motivated" in basic training, my career has filled with bringing people together to work towards a common goal of "completion". The ability to see the common good in people has given me the perspective to work with multi-cultural organizations to benefit the community
