Southern Utah Nevada Youth Football League (SUNYFL) was founded by a group of people that love little league football. SUNYFL was started due to the need of a organized, fair youth football league in the Southern Utah- Nevada area. They constantly speak with college coaches to get their players recruited, to ease the financial burden of college tuition for families. They also serve as disciplinarians so young men become model citizens.High school football coaches are counselors, chauffeurs, meal providers, confidants, fundraisers, advocates. The list goes on. More important than the roles they play are the life lessons they teach, to build high-character young people. The USA Invitational takes place over 3 days in November and consists of up to 80 youth football teams playing on 5 fields at the Sports Complex in Mesquite, NV.

The Magnolia Gridiron All-Star Classic was an annual post-season college football all-star game held in December 2005 and 2006. It was created in order to provide players from lesser-known and lesser-televised schools with a chance to impress NFL scouts. It consisted of players mostly from southern schools - Antoine Bethea, Marcus Colston, and many others.

The Las Vegas All-American Classic (formerly the Paradise Bowl) was an annual post-season college football all-star game that was played in January from 2002 to 2006. The Las Vegas All-American Classic was the first true national game, discovering players from Tony Romo to Josh Cribbs to Delanie Walker. It was televised regionally on Fox Sports Net networks.
