IMPLEMENTED the transition to a new production and warehousing facility. Summer Director of the C.O.P.E. Program Area for the High Adventure Base leading daily groups of youth and adults of 10-30 participants through the Project C.O.P.E. program. National Camp School Certified in Project C.O.P.E. (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience). Project C.O.P.E. consists of group initiative games, trust events, and high and low ropes course focusing on leadership and personal development. Some activities involve a group challenge, while others develop individual skills and agility. Participants climb, swing, balance, jump, rappel, and devise solutions to a variety of problems.
