I head up the EMEA Professional Services team here at dotdigital comprising of 5 teams of phenomenal experts who suprise and delight our customers on a daily basis. The teams include Creative Services, Onboarding and Managed Services, Training, Custom Technical Solutions and Solution Consultancy. These teams are involved with our customers from the very first moment they interact with us at the presales stage right through the life of their contract.As a SaaS technology company the people in our Professional Services dept are the differentiator between us and our competitors adding value at every stage.

I am responsible for all back end web development including building our bespoke content management systems. I also am involved with client contact especially in the scoping and building stages.Other areas I deal with include email marketing, event management systems, site scoping workshops, intranets, accessibility, Google Maps, Google Analytics etc...
