Darryl’s career spans both start up and mature mid market companies as a founder/CEO, Board Member, GM, Head of Product and Technology, Sales and Marketing. Darryl is expert in organizational development, leadership and workforce productivity both as a business owner, manager and consultant to some of the largest global financial services companies. His most recent roles included Executive Leadership positions covering software development, product management sales and services for highly analytical, data driven solutions. Darryl is bringing his experience to select Board and consulting opportunities. He currently is an independent Board member of Bankwell, a community bank in New Canaan, Connecticut where he serves on the Audit and Technology Committee. He is an advisor to other consulting technology, data and services organizations. Darryl’s serial track record of success makes him a highly sought after advisor to CEOs, Boards and Executive Leaders. His initial venture was as founder and CEO of Demos Solutions where he funded and led the company from start up to exit by Witness/Verint, a public software company. He transformed the business from services to a software business, a formula he developed and replicated multiple times in his career. Darryl sold the company to Witness/Verint systems ($700M) where he operated as GM of Enterprise Workforce Optimization (WFO) and integrated the acquisition of his company and largest competitor into Verint's global footprint. Leading a $30M initial business, in 3 years he led growth in market share to over 60% of the top NA 100 banks and built a new Back Office WFO cross industry business from scratch for an incremental $20M. At Novantas over the course of 10 years, he led the Solutions Division as Executive Board Member, GM/EVP transforming the business from $3M in ARR to over $50M beating out SaaS companies with significantly more funding. Darryl's leadership was instrumental in the transaction behind the merger w Curinos/Informa in 2022 for 5x's revenue.Darryl is an inventor and patent holder of workforce management software salesforce optimization programs and models.
