DTS South is a SBA approved 8(a) minority owned, State of Florida Licensed General Contractor, providing construction, construction management, Design Build and facility management services. Our additional internal capabilities include IT services as well as asbestos, lead, mold and mildew remediation. The fourth internal core service we provide is commercial and industrial coatings of multi-storied facilities to include building envelope waterproofing. We provide our clients extensive knowledge in managing the various facets of construction and its related industries. For the last 18 years our Construction team has been active in providing renovations, new construction, roofing repairs, preconstruction services, design build, and feasibility studies for our governmental and commercial client base. We specialize in multi-discipline, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contracts through which we have successfully developed partnerships with our customers. Our project management team networked with strong subcontractor alliances gives DTS South a competitive advantage deciphering our customer’s needs as we strive to exceed expectations. As new architectural designs evolve, new materials are introduced and state building codes are updated, DTS South stays on the forefront with continued training and practical application with our clients.

I am responsible for assembling, managing and directing the site office staff and activities thru the preconstruction and design phases. Negotiating with municipal representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, employees, and all business associates engaged in the execution of various construction projects. I am extremely responsive to meet my customer needs within the scope of contractual guidelines. Some of my other duties include overseeing the development of the proposal process from strategic planning to developing content to production and delivery, as well as marketing collateral communications that include brochures and press releases.
