As a Youth Development Specialist, I am driven every day by my passion to save and enhance the lives of children and teens. Unlike many other Youth Development Specialist, I bring to the table a wide range of experience including Executive Director; Supervision and Management; Direct Services and Targeted Programming; Teaching Artist; Curriculum and Program Development; Team Building and Leadership; and with a background in Theater and Film & Youth Development through the Arts.

• Manages programs outside of school hours for children grades 6-8. During designated hours, provide leadership, direction, supervision, and support to program staff to ensure desired program goals and outcomes are met. • Develop instructional material, coordinate its implementation with teachers, principals, and assess its effectiveness.• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders (participants, parents, school staff and administration, funders, the community and Pure Elements. The government agencies that fund and license the program.• Work closely with Assistant Site Director and day schools to provide an enriching and educationally sound experience.
