Worked on a team to setup and tear-down of stage, rigging, lighting, and audio for live productions. Loaded equipment in/out of the venue.

Assisted in the rehearsal and production of church services by operating the stage monitor mixing console, managing performers, setting up props, controlling lighting, operating the mixing console, operating the video camera, and operating the media PC.

Managed a caseload of approximately 20 jobs through conversion to foreign languages, including adjusting and modifying the layout of documents to fit the new language text. Quark Xpress, InDesign, and Word used primarily in Mac and PC environment.

Tested Sleepware software for compatibility/functionality. Documented bugs and wrote test scripts in Test Director. Updated and maintained requirements documents using Doors. Designed and created “Stardust II” logo.

Set up and maintained testing lab for settop boxes, including provisioning a digital subscriber network head-end from incoming raw satellite feed down to settops. Network involved Unix/Windows PC networking (cat5) and settops (coax). Documented testing lab using Word and Visio. Tested settop box hardware with various firmwares and OS's.

Designed, created, and maintained all graphics for website. Created web pages, banner ads, and cube ads. HTML coding, editing, and occasional cgi/Perl coding in EditPlus text editor. Graphics created using Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, and Xara Webster.

Created custom graphics for building automation HVAC system using ALC Draw custom graphics software, Photoshop, Illustrator, and RayDream Designer. Revamped, updated, and maintained graphics library. Assisted Tech Support with graphics-related cases. Reverse-engineered pic/bin and gfx graphics formats and documented them using Word. Created custom software to aid graphics team in the placing of small text into graphics using Borland C++. Helped redesign new custom Draw application.

Tested pre-release software for compatibility and functionality with various PC hardware. Maintained bug report logs. Gave technical support to beta testers. Performed product demonstrations at trade shows. Taught classes in DOS, Windows, and Zsoft products.
