EARLY INTERVENTION IS KEY! Bespoke life skills, talks and educational sessions. Creating opportunities for young people aged 4-20+ supporting their learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and mental health. I designed 'THE POSITIVE OUTCOMES PROJECT' to empower young people and help them not make the mistakes I made as a young person. Bespoke PSHE lessons and workshops for schools and colleges covering lessons in MENTAL HEALTH, SELF ESTEEM, KINDNESS, MINDFULNESS, POWER OF WORDS, KNIFE CRIME, CONFIDENCE, EMOTIONS, POSITIVE MINDSET and all relating subjects helping children to understand how to manage their wellbeing for positive mental health.NCS ..(NATIONAL CITIZEN SERVICE ) To date more than 300,000 young people have taken part on the NCS dedicating more than 7 million hours to social action. NCS : As a Programme Leader, and behaviour mentor I have lead headstart, asylum seekers, residential, disability, community action and sports projects for young people aged 15-17 that have had life changing results, bringing together young people from different backgrounds helping to develop confidence, self esteem, awareness and responsibility.

Motivational speaker and support in educational settings for young people creating a vision of achievement they never thought possible, promoting social interaction, employment and positive outcomes for young people. NEXT STEPS plc... outreach residential support for high risk young people aged 16-19 supporting their mental health, supervision and mentoring, aiming towards getting young people back onto the right path and lowering the risk of re- offending helping them to achieve their next steps in their life towards education and employment.

For 5 years I managed and grew bespoke teen camps for young people aged 13-16, they where mentored and trained to work in playschemes were they grew up, learning how to plan and deliver challenging activities and becoming mentors for young children supporting their well being and mental health providing various activities and community action projects. At the time of 2005 it was the only apprenticeship scheme in the borough which helped keep young people off the streets. FOUNDER of 'THE CHALLENGE CUP' I created 'THE CHALLENGE CUP' for young people. Taking part in a series of activities and challenges to learn how health & fitness is fundamental in life, learning to work together rather than individually to help develop self esteem, confidence, problem solving, team work, communication, motivation, leadership and fair play, important skills they can use in life.
