Darryl has over 20 years of experience in managing delivery of civil infrastructure projects including urban road and motorway upgrades, bus stations and multi-modal passenger interchanges, regional freight rail, urban passenger rail and light rail. He has contributed at multiple levels of project delivery as project manager, design manager, civil design lead and designer’s site representative. His focus on developing strong collaborative relationships with clients allows him to better understand and support their strategic goals. Within this partnership based approach, Darryl’s objective is always to deliver well resolved, integrated and coherent project outcomes for his clients and their stakeholders. Darryl has formed and led high performing teams across the full project life cycle – from early feasibility through to detailed design and construction site support – of many major transport infrastructure projects that have helped shape and transform our community.He is currently leading the Digital Engineering Transformation process for AECOM's ANZ Transport Business Line and the Civil Infrastructure Group across Queensland and the NT. Encouraging people to think differently about their challenges and find smarter ways to deliver for their clients.
