Due to my successful management of the IDM test and defect delivery I was promoted to Test Manager. My role is to ensure the Testing Governance and Principles are adhered to across the testing team for all projects undertaken which includes writing and reviewing Test Plans / End of Test Reports, reviewing scope/script documents that testers create and correct levels of resource assigned to complete the schedule. Initially I was hired to write, review and execute test plans/scope/scripts/end of test reports for multiple projects working in either a Waterfall or Agile methodology. As a direct result of successfully completing all tasks and previous experience in management I was asked to Test and Defect Manage the delivery of the 1st phase of the LBG SSSR upgrade for Immediate Deposit Machines (IDM) which if successful would initiate the second phase (ATM’s) for a Programme of Work which is a multi-million pound revenue stream. As a Project Manager for LBG it was my responsibility to ensure the Project Lifecycle was followed on all projects and progress was tracked through CMT and followed through with Change Board attendance when needed. Due to my work within collections I was successful in getting a promotion and joining the Change Team. As Change Manager I quickly established relationships across the department and undertook analysis of processes carried out to streamline and automate where possible.
