CurrentI was recruited by Tri Counties Bank to create and manage an equipment leasing company from inception. This included, among other responsibilities, the creation of documentation, underwriting procedures, and marketing literature all within bank guidelines and policies. The market emphasis is on small to middle market transactions with both bank and non bank customers. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and origination of leases, while managing a sales team, asset management, and brokering/syndication.
